What do I need to get started? +
A spreadsheet of attendees. Export it as CSV, upload it, and check the column matching. If your list doesn't have ticket codes yet, ScanSync generates a QR code for everyone.
Does it work with tickets from Eventbrite and other platforms? +
Yes. Export your attendee list, and the barcode or QR column is matched automatically, so the tickets people already have keep working.
What if the venue Wi-Fi drops? +
The mobile app keeps a copy of the attendee list on the phone. Scanning and name lookup keep working, and check-ins sync as soon as the connection returns, without counting anyone twice.
Can people leave and come back, or attend multiple days? +
Set how many check-ins each attendee gets, for the whole event or per person. Managers can undo or reset a check-in at any time.
Can I connect ScanSync to my other tools? +
Use the REST API to add attendees from your ticketing system, and signed webhooks to get notified about every check-in.
