Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan? +
Yes. One active event with up to 100 attendees and two staff members, free forever, no card required. Upgrade when you need more.
What counts as an active event? +
Any event that isn't archived. Archive past events to free up the slot. Their attendee lists and check-in history are kept.
Do scanners need their own accounts? +
Yes, each person signs in with their own email, so you can see who scanned whom. Scanners only see the events you assign them to, and they never see attendee contact details.
Can I change plans later? +
Any time, from your billing page. Plan changes and cancellations are handled through Stripe's secure billing portal.
How do I pay? +
By card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
